There's a new Tesla Supercharger in eastern Ontario. On the evening of October 21, 2026, Tesla's official charging account on X announced "New Tesla Supercharger: Kingston, ON - Highway 15 (12 stalls)" and linked the site on Tesla's Find Us map (Tesla Charging on X). That's all Tesla has said publicly so far, so here's what's confirmed and what you should check in the app before you count on it.
Where is the new Kingston Supercharger?
Tesla named the site "Kingston, ON - Highway 15" in its October 21 post from the official Tesla Charging account, which is the account Tesla uses to announce new Supercharger openings. The post links to the location on Tesla's Find Us map. For directions, tap the site in the Tesla app or in your car's navigation rather than relying on a street address from a third-party list.
Tesla Charging: "New Tesla Supercharger: Kingston, ON - Highway 15 (12 stalls)".
How many stalls does it have?
Twelve, according to Tesla. Tesla's post doesn't say anything else about the hardware.
Can non-Tesla EVs charge there, and what does it cost?
Tesla hasn't said in its announcement. Tesla shows each site's current rates and access in its app, so check there before you go. I'll update this story if Tesla publishes more details.
What does it mean for GTA drivers?
Kingston sits on Highway 401 between the GTA and Ottawa or Montreal, so more stalls there matter for anyone driving east. For planning, see our guides to Supercharger cost per km, charging a Tesla in Canada and winter driving, since cold weather slows charging and cuts range.
